I actually made this a while ago, but with how crazy things have been lately, have just today been able to start taking pictures of some of my stuff.

So to go along with my chainmaille Link Sword, ( [link] ) I made a Triforce. I've wanted to do something like this since I started the maille, so it makes me incredibly happy to finally have it done. I receive a lot of compliments whenever I wear it, even from people who don't know the origin of it. Its just a very striking piece.

Its almost all brass wire, 20g 2.5mm and 3.5mm rings, in a reinforced Japanese 12-in-2 weave. It held its shape okay, but the addition of 3 black enameled copper rings (also 3.5mm) to the center did the trick, plus helps keep the illusion of a hollow center.

Its only an inch tall (each side is 1.2 inches long) and weighs less than half an ounce.

I sold quite a few of these at an anime convention that I had an artist's table for, so I guess that means I'll need to make more.

Or just sell them here: [link]

Nicely done. Brass is definitely the way to go on this one. One point, and you may already have it done, just can't tell from the picture; you might want to go with a welded ring for the joining to the necklace. No matter how good a closure is, I always seem to find rings tend to catch on a lanyard at some point and wear them out. A small point, but one that jumped in my head.

Yeah, I've noticed that. I don't have a welder, or I would.
